We defend Texas drivers at administrative driver's license hearings whose license is in jeopardy of being suspended, revoked or cancelled by the Texas Department of Public Safety. When you are entitled to request a hearing to contest the suspension, revocation or cancellation of your Texas driver’s license, the Texas Department of Public Safety will send you a notice of suspension to the address that it has on file for you. If you get a notice of suspension, contact us immediately, as you have no more than 20 days from the date of the notice to request a hearing. These are strict time limits. Miss the deadline and you will be suspended by default.
We will request a hearing on your behalf, and defend you at the administrative hearing held by a judge. If we succeed at this hearing, you will retain your driving privileges. Those who hold a commercial driver’s license have more limited rights to relief.
